Richard who cares for his grandmother Winifred Lowe, wrote on Twitter:
“My 95-year-old Nan has Alzheimer’s, so she cries a lot and gets very angry and confused.”

“When Orla [borrowed doggy] visits, it completely changes her mood; she’s smiling and laughing and can play with her for hours.”
